Iain Hume Won’t Be A Part Of Kerala Blasters In The Next ISL
Kerala Blasters’s striker Iain Hume has confirmed that he is leaving the team
It was a joyous moment for the Kerala Blasters’ fans ‘Manjappada’ when the news of Iain Hume returning to the team for ISL 2017 came. But despite all the hype, the team wasn’t able to make it to the grand stage as they were placed sixth in the scoreboard. Iain, who scored a total of five goals in 12 matches, had a disappointing season. Undergoing treatment due to his injury, he has been silent on whether he will be leaving the team or will be playing in the yellow jersey the next season as well. He recently broke the silence through his Facebook account saying that he won’t be playing for Kerala Blasters in the upcoming season.
It is clear that he is not really happy about leaving the KBFC and he said that he will surely miss the energy and love from the KBFC fans aka ‘Manjapada’. He talks about the fans as one of the most passionate groups of football lovers. When he came to Kochi to play against Kerala Blasters in Atletico De Kolkata’s jersey, he received a very grand welcome from the Kerala fans, even though he was a part of the opposing team.
Iain said he is grateful to the entire team of KBFC and especially to medical staff for helping him get better and recover fast from his injury. He hasn’t signed with any other team so far. He says he wants to be 100 percent fit for the next season and is focusing on being completely fit and getting back on the ground.

Fitness Must-Haves: Essential Gear for Your Workout Routine
Starting a fitness journey can be exhilarating, but having the right gear can make all the difference in maximizing your workouts. Whether you’re hitting the gym, pounding the pavement, or exercising at home, having the essential fitness gear can enhance your performance, keep you comfortable, and help prevent injuries. In this blog post, we’ll explore some must-have fitness gear that every enthusiast should consider adding to their arsenal.
High-Quality Athletic Shoes:
The foundation of any workout routine starts with a good pair of athletic shoes. Invest in shoes that provide adequate support, cushioning, and stability for your specific activities, whether it’s running, weightlifting, or cross-training. Consider factors like foot type, arch support, and the type of surface you’ll be exercising on when choosing the right pair.
Moisture-Wicking Clothing:
Moisture-wicking fabrics are designed to draw sweat away from your skin, keeping you dry and comfortable during intense workouts. Look for breathable materials like polyester or nylon blends that allow for better airflow and ventilation. Choose workout attire that fits well and allows for a full range of motion without chafing or discomfort.
Supportive Sports Bras:
For women, a supportive sports bra is essential for providing proper breast support during physical activity. Invest in a sports bra that offers the right level of support for your cup size and activity intensity. Look for features like adjustable straps, moisture-wicking fabric, and encapsulation or compression designs for maximum support and comfort.
Sweat-Resistant Headphones:
Music can be a powerful motivator during workouts, but ordinary headphones may not hold up to the rigors of sweat and movement. Invest in sweat-resistant or waterproof headphones designed specifically for exercise. Look for features like secure fit, Bluetooth connectivity, and long battery life to enhance your listening experience while you train.
Fitness Tracker or Smartwatch:
A fitness tracker or smartwatch can provide valuable insights into your workouts, including heart rate, calorie burn, and activity levels. Choose a device that aligns with your fitness goals and preferences, whether it’s tracking steps, monitoring sleep, or providing guided workouts. Look for features like GPS tracking, water resistance, and compatibility with your smartphone for seamless integration with your fitness routine.
Equipping yourself with the right fitness gear can set you up for success on your wellness journey. From supportive footwear to high-tech gadgets, investing in essential gear can enhance your comfort, performance, and overall enjoyment of exercise. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, having the right tools at your disposal can make all the difference in reaching your fitness goals. So, gear up, get moving, and embrace the transformative power of a well-equipped workout routine!
