Just like Sonam Kapoor’s mehendi function a day earlier, her wedding too saw the near and dear ones of the Kapoor family. Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Boney Kapoor along with daughters Janhvi and Khushi, Mohit Marwah among other family members attended the ceremony. Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan arrived with son Abhishek and daughter Shweta. Other industry celebrities who attended the wedding were Karan Johar, Saif Ali Khan with wife Kareena Kapoor and son Taimur, Karisma Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jacqueline Fernandez, Swara Bhaskar, Javed Akhtar, designer Masaba Gupta, Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan, wife Kiran Rao and elder son Junaid.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s wedding is one of the most-talked-about news in Bollywood. The couple is all set to tie the knot on May 8th in Mumbai. The first pictures from Sonam’s Mehendi ceremony are out and she definitely makes for a beautiful bride.
Sonam is the happiest bride-to-be ever
Sonam and her groom-to-be, Delhi-based businessman Anand Ahuja, looked colour co-ordinated in pastels and looked elegant in a salmon sherwani. While Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam looked radiant in a peach and grey ethnic outfit with statement jewellery as she sat down to get intricate henna designs done on her hands.
It was only recently that Kapoors and Ahujas released an official statement about Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s wedding. The statement read, “From the Kapoor & Ahuja families, The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam & Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family’s need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love, as we celebrate this special moment in our lives.”
The entire Kapoor khandaan (Family) is excited about Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s big fat Indian wedding.
