It is a hard task to not lose your cool during high pressure times, especially when the whole country is looking up to you. MS Dhoni, aka Captain Cool, is known for his calm and cool approach even at crisis moments during matches and this side of him was also seen as part of the ‘Snickers’ advertisement. Dhoni, who was attending Poorna Patel’s wedding, was seen taking a bathroom break along with his friends and probably for the first time, Dhoni said “I don’t know” to a question.
Rahul Vaidya who was taking the video, is seen asking the question to Dhoni, who is seen sitting on top of the washbasin. Instagrammers were left with their jaws dropping when Gucci released a sneak peak of their autumn-winter collection starring Harry Styles. The heartthrob of millions, and once a part of the music band One Direction, Harry has made a striking character representation in its tailoring campaign.
Appearing in a checkered suit, he walked down the street of suburban St Albans with a chicken in his hand and enters a local fish shop. Flaunting his charm, he walks out of the shop with a fish and chips pack swirled with ketchup. Instagram blew out with comments and reposts when Gucci released the series of five looks and one video for its upcoming Tailoring campaign.
When director Glen Luchford and art director Christopher Simmonds collaborated with Allesandro Michele’s collection featuring the 24 year old music sensation, it stirred the social media even further. The Yankee print and checkered coverup provide a preview of what Gucci is planning for, in a smaller picture. The floral detailing, however, customises the look into Harry’s personal style, as it is not the first time that we have seen him in a floral suit. Gucci has, however, succeeded to be the talk of the town after its latest campaign sneak peaks. Fingers crossed, social media awaits for what Gucci has in store now.

At a time when attention spans are limited and reading is on the wane, a few innovative young individuals have found ways to keep reading alive on Facebook and Instagram. Posting brief snippets of topics ranging from socially relevant ones to feelings that are shared by all, they deliver stories which are sharp and pertinent. In other words, it can be said that they execute an old technique of flash fiction that is suited to the 21st century.
Anuj Gosalia, co-founder and CEO of Terribly Tiny Tales (TTT) is one of the first to venture into this category. Five years back, they started the community to write about everything around them. Now it has grown into one of the largest micro-content platforms in social media and has risen to being a reputed writing community.
