Sharmila Tagore’s Winged Liner:

Sharmila Tagore’s “Winged-Liner” is the quintessential part for achieving the retro look waves since yesteryears – even up till now! For applying the winged-liner, it is advisable to use liquid liner instead of a gel-based liner for attaining a sharp finish. Draw a winged line starting from the centre and take it forward as much as you want towards the outer end. Now, start from the inner corner and draw a thin line towards the middle point and merge with the line already drawn. Now, apply a thin, winged-style line on your water-line too – but remember not to merge it with the upper wing. This will make your eyes appear more defined and less messy.

The Sadhna Cut:

Popularly known now as fringes, this hairstyle is best for hiding a broad forehead and getting a chiseled look. Renowned as sadhna-cut in the golden era, the style was donned by girls of all face-shapes. Be it side-swept or right at the centre of your forehead, sadhna-cut was a rage back then, and even now in the more common term, fringes or flicks.

•  For the Swarovski liner, apply your regular liner on the upper lash-line and follow it up with adorning the drawn line with tiny  Swarovskis.
•  The liner has to be complemented with mascara which is sure to give a slutry, sexy look.
